I love the sound of the rain, the feel of the sun, road trips, laughing out loud as often as possible, dancing, being in nature, spending time with my amazing friends, nurturing myself and those I love, poetry, art, live music, connection. I work out often, and enjoy yoga when I can make it to a class. Im into slow experiences in nature, like a meandering trail or beach walk. I'm often energetic, but also need quiet, space and down time. I'm socially conscious and engaged. I work as an expressive arts therapist in training at a job that serves kids and families referred through the child protective/foster care systems. Im kind but also can have an east coast edge.
